The production process of bottle cap molds

The production of bottle cap molds involves five key linked stages. First, mold design: using CAD for 3D modeling, designing parting surfaces, multi-cavity structures, pouring, cooling, ejector and exhaust systems, with lateral core pulling if needed, followed by design review and programming. Second, material procurement: ordering standard mold frames, core steel and standard parts. Third, parts processing: rough machining, heat treatment, precision machining (CNC, EDM, WEDM), surface treatment and drilling. Fourth, assembly and debugging: assembling parts, trial molding with parameter optimization, and final customer acceptance. Finally, delivery and after-sales: packaging with technical documents and providing production and maintenance support. All stages consider bottle cap structure, materials and other relevant factors to ensure quality and efficiency.
